Signups go up. Paying customers don't.

You launch, you spike, you sit there hammering F5. The free tier fills up and MRR won't move.

  • They came in, took a look, and closed the tab. For good.
  • No console error, no complaint, nothing screaming. A silent leak.
  • You don't see the hole, so you don't fix it. And you decide the product didn't land.

Out of the dark

Builders who stopped guessing.

Real stories from people who traded hunches for clarity. Same product, different number.

$6.2k MRR
Launched on Product Hunt, pulled 3k visits and... nothing. Himetrica showed me 60% came back within 48h without buying. I changed ONE follow-up email. The rest is history.

I didn't touch the product. I changed where I was looking. Activation went from 23% to 61% in six weeks, just acting on the 'almost-paying'.

Why you're in the dark

You're not bad with data. Your analytics was built for someone else.

GA4, Plausible and the rest were designed for marketing teams: visits, bounce, sessions. Brochure-site metrics. But you don't have a site, you have a product, and a product is measured by people who activate and people who pay. Every time it's the same scene: you open the dashboard and close it in ten seconds, because that screen never answers what you came to ask.

  • Who pays?$49/mo
Asking your analytics to show you where signups leak is like asking the speedometer to tell you where you're going.
Who's actually behind your traffic

Behind every signup there's a person. Now you see them.

Instead of a number that climbs and disappears, each signup becomes a timeline: where they came from, every screen they opened, where they stopped. You stop guessing and start watching.

Where your marketing money actually goes

Which channel brings people who pay, not just people who click.

That 2,000-visit Product Hunt spike looks like a win, but it may have brought zero subscriptions. LTV and CAC per channel, with ad spend already baked in, show you which source brings customers who pay and stay.

You're a builder, not an analyst. And you stay that way.

No reports to assemble on a Sunday. Visitors show up already tagged by lifecycle, with nothing tagged by hand, so you spot who's on their way out before they're gone. And when a question hits, you ask Claude straight on your own data.

Questions? Answers.

How are visitors identified across pages and sessions?+
By default, visitor IDs live in localStorage and session IDs in sessionStorage, so the same visitor is recognized as they move between pages. If you need cross-subdomain tracking (e.g., blog.example.com to app.example.com), you can enable first-party cookies via the Cookie Domain setting in your project so identity and UTM attribution carry across subdomains. Do Not Track headers are always respected.
What frameworks and platforms are supported?+
The script tags work in any browser. There's an npm package (@himetrica/tracker-js) with React hooks and a native Next.js integration. For mobile, there's a Swift SDK supporting iOS 15+, macOS 12+, tvOS, and watchOS with full SwiftUI support and App Tracking Transparency compliance.
How does the Stripe integration work?+
You create a restricted API key with read-only access and paste it in settings. Himetrica syncs your customers, subscriptions, and charges on a schedule. Stripe customers are matched to your visitors by email, so you see MRR, churn rate, and per-customer revenue right next to their browsing behavior.
Can I run this alongside Google Analytics?+
Yes. The scripts don't conflict with GA or any other tracking tool. Some teams run both during a transition period so they can compare numbers side by side and trust the data before they fully switch over.
Can I track conversions across subdomains?+
Yes. If your landing page is on one subdomain (e.g., www.example.com) and your app on another (e.g., app.example.com), just set the Cookie Domain in your project settings to your root domain (.example.com). Both subdomains must use the same Himetrica project and tracking script. The tracker will use first-party cookies shared across all subdomains, so the same visitor ID and UTM attribution carry over from landing page to signup to conversion — no data is lost between subdomains.

One tag, two minutes, and the leak shows up.

Drop a script in your app and that's it. In minutes you see the first profiles coming in live. On the next launch that spikes, you'll know exactly who stayed and who slipped away.
