Yes. Move up, move down or cancel whenever you want from your billing settings, without talking to anyone. On card the change applies right away. On Pix you approve a new amount in your bank app and the plan switches once that approval goes through.
Nothing stops immediately. You get a 15% buffer past your limit (double that on Business and Scale) and an email as soon as you cross it, so there is time to move up. Collection only pauses past that buffer.
Yes. MVP comes with 2 months free, Starter and Pro with 30 days. A card is required up front and the first charge only happens when the trial ends. One trial per account, and you can cancel any time before that.
Credit and debit cards through Stripe, in dollars or Brazilian reais. In Brazil you can also pay with Pix Automático, authorizing the subscription straight from your bank app.
