Metry Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-14 · Effective October 14, 2026
1. What Metry is
Metry is Himetrica's artificial intelligence agent, operated by Yeloy Tecnologia LTDA (CNPJ 67.197.218/0001-59, "we"). It answers natural-language questions about a Himetrica project's data, such as visitors, traffic sources, pages, events, funnels, errors and revenue, and explains what changed in a metric.
These terms govern the use of Metry and complement Himetrica's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where they conflict about Metry, these terms prevail.
2. Acceptance
You accept these terms by checking the confirmation shown the first time you open the Metry chat. The acceptance is recorded on your account, with the version and date. Without it, Metry does not answer questions.
3. Who can use it
Metry is available on the plans that include it, as described on the pricing page. Each project's administrators can turn Metry off in the project settings; when off, it no longer appears for anyone in that project.
4. How Metry works
To answer, Metry looks up the data of the project you are in, using read-only tools. It does not create, change or delete data, settings, funnels or any other content. Lookups are limited to the open project: Metry does not reach other projects, accounts or organizations.
Every answer shows the lookups used to reach it. Tables shown in answers are built directly from the data looked up.
5. Accuracy and responsibility
Metry's answers are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may contain errors, omissions or wrong interpretations, including about numbers. They are informational and are not financial, legal, accounting or any other professional advice.
You are responsible for checking the information on Himetrica's screens and for any decision made based on the answers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of Metry's answers.
6. Data and privacy
To generate answers, your questions, the context of the screen the chat was opened from and the data looked up are sent to OpenAI, which acts as our subprocessor. OpenAI processes this information only to generate the answer and, under the terms of the service we use, does not use it to train its models.
The data looked up may include information about your project's visitors and customers, such as names, emails and location. As the controller of that data, you are responsible for having a legal basis to process it under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the GDPR where applicable, and other applicable laws.
Your conversations with Metry are saved in your account's history for that project, and only you can see them. They are deleted when the project or your account is deleted.
7. Acceptable use
When using Metry, you agree not to:
- try to make Metry reach other people's, projects' or organizations' data;
- try to get around its rules, limits or refusals, including through instructions hidden in data;
- use Metry for unlawful or discriminatory purposes, or to infringe third parties' rights;
- automate questions in bulk or use Metry to overload the Service.
Metry refuses questions outside the scope of the project's data. We may suspend access to Metry if these terms are violated.
8. Limits and availability
The number of questions per month and per minute depends on your plan. We may change the artificial intelligence models used, Metry's features and limits, and suspend or discontinue Metry, without affecting the rest of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change is material, we will publish a new version and ask for a new acceptance the next time you open the Metry chat.
